For information about one of the most frequently asked early pregnancy question, please read the following paragraphs.
A woman who has recently found out that she is pregnant, of course has a lot of questions about her new state.
1) Nutrition
A pregnant woman does not have to eat twice as much but she should try to eat twice as good as before, i.e. she should make sure that she gets all the important nutrients, vitamins and minerals which are important for a healthy growth of her baby. Apart from that, she should absolutely refrain from smoking and drinking alcohol which normally is a lot easier if her partner does not smoke and drink either.
2) Sports
A lot of pregnant women want to know whether it is still possible for them to do physical exercise during early pregnancy. Most of the gynaecologists tell their patients to continue their lives in early pregnancy, as it has been before. In other words, if they were doing sports before they became pregnant, there is no particular reason why they should stop if they are feeling good. If a pregnant woman suffers from nausea, sickness or tiredness during early pregnancy, she should rather not do any sports until these symptoms are gone.
3) Bleedings
A lot of women suffer from slight bleedings in early pregnancy and are of course worried about them. Therefore, "bleedings" is an frequently raised early pregnancy question. Most of the times, these bleedings result from a too low progesterone level at the beginning of the pregnancy and are not dangerous. However, any type of bleeding, should be discussed with the midwife or the gynaecologist who might prescribe some progesterone tablets.
