An ovulation predictor test
is the test that checks the levels of a hormone LH. Information on levels
of LH can tell when a woman is ovulating.
If the woman is trying to conceive a baby, the ovulation predictor test
is a great idea.
For the ovulation predictor
test the first day of bleeding of your menstruation is the first day of
a cycle.
Use a graph like this to indicate the start of the cycle.

Ovulation is sometimes accompanied by a pain in the pelvic area. If this is felt it should be reflected in the graph to have all the best information for the ovulation predictor test.
To know when to start the ovulation
predictor the woman has to know the exact length of the cycle, that's
why the graph is important. Calculate the cycle from the first day of
the period until the first day of the next one.

Try and do the ovulation predictor at the same time of the day, during 5 consecutive days (at the middle of the day preferable, not the first urine in the morning), or the days that the gynecologist recommends to do the ovulation predictor.
It's recommended not to drink
to many liquids in the hours before the ovulation predictor test is done.
Once the result of the ovulation predictor is positive, the ovulation
will occur in the next 48 hours. It's recommended to have sexual contact
during the next 3 days after the ovulation predictor is positive.
In case of a late period, take a pregnancy test with the first urine in
the morning or go to the gynecologist to check with the doctor.
