Pregnancy symptoms in some women include emotional shifts and mood swings. It's natural to feel doubt, anxiety, and fear about pregnancy and childbirth.

Other pregnancy symptoms are:

  • Nausea & Vomiting
Many women experience morning sickness, others in the afternoon or evening, some other pregnant women might feel nausea throughout the entire day. The body is in a complete hormonal revolution that causes the nausea and sickness. However, eating small frequent meals will probably give you some relief.
  • Frequent Visits to the toilet
During pregnancy the uterus will start to get bigger, pressing on nearby organs, like the bladder. This pregnancy symptom starts 4 or 5 weeks after the conception but it can vary for different women..
  • Tenderness and enlargement of the breast
Other pregnancy symptoms are that your breasts suffer changes, they may get very tender, swollen and start to enlarge. It is possible that sometimes the veins within the breast will become more visible. Around the beginning of the second trimester the nipples start to get a darker color and become extremely sensitive.
  • Tiredness:
The women body has an incredible amount of work to do, you'll expend a lot more calories developing the baby even if you are not doing any exercise, and it is inevitable that you will feel tired considering that your blood volume is going to get 40% higher. A good diet of nutritious foods (especially rich in iron) is necessary to keep up high levels of hemoglobin. Often women need supplements of iron in the second trimester because of the high iron requirements.
  • Irritability and grumpiness:
The hormone revolution is responsible for all this. This pregnancy symptom should decrease soon . It is very difficult to keep incredibly happy when you are vomiting all day and feel like a balloon. But, in the second trimester hopefully all these symptoms will go away.
  • Soft Bleeding about the menstruation time:
Another symptom of pregnancy is light bleeding. This happens about the time you would have experienced your menstruation. Many women think that their period just started when in fact they are pregnant. The spotting is caused from implantation which is when the fertilized egg burrows into the endometrium. This does not happen to every woman, it depends on the case.
  • Dizziness:
O ther pregnancy symptoms include dizziness and even fainting. If the woman has not eatten frequently enough, this could causes low blood sugar.
  • Heartburn and stomach acid:
This is a very uncomfortable pregnancy symptom, as the uterus grows it pushes up against the stomach. This can cause the content of the stomach to makes the way up into the oesophagus.
