The baby is
totally ready to be born, hopefully with the head down, feet up,
and the back in front of you. It's possible that you might feel
a lot of energy, wanting to clean and prepare for the baby's arrival.
Don't over do it. Only 3% of babies are born on the expected date,
so if you are late, relax, it's normal.
It's good to
rest as much as possible to save energy for the big moment. Giving
birth will be an incredible experience, and after that you will
have your wonderful baby with you.
Now, a bit of
your favorite food won't hurt the you or the baby. Chocolate has
iron and calcium and antioxidant properties.
Food that can
help you sleep include hot milk and camomile. Milk and all related
foods have an amino acid that causes sleep.
We recommend
you to eat snacks full of energy like bananas with honey or a jam
sandwich. That food will give you the energy you'll need to give
birth.
Congratulations mom!
